Formed in 2009 by Kay Smith (prev Mason) and Katy Tsigarides (nae Bryant) who both have many years experience in the business, Kay heads up the lettings side of the business (having over 25 years experience) and Katy the sales side (with over 15 years experience). They offer a holiday letting service too, alongside their lettings, management and estate agency business. Two prime location offices one in Eastbourne town centre and the other in Pevensey Bay village. They pride themselves on their friendly, personal service and have received many awards over the last few year, one of which last year was for excellent Customer Service.

Formed in 2002, the Ancells Estates team have a combined 35 years of local property management experience in the East Sussex area ranging across the county from Hastings to Hove. Whilst our office is located on Willingdon Road in Eastbourne we are very happy to travel in the East Sussex area!
